Keenum (coach’s decision) is inactive for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys. Per Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com, Keenum will serve as the Bears‘ emergency third quarterback behind Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent. That means Keenum is prohibited from playing Sunday unless Williams and Bagent are both removed due to injury, illness or ejection.
