Cincinnati Bengals<\/a> receiver Ja’Marr Chase and Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> defensive back Jalen Ramsey fought several times<\/a> early in the fourth quarter of their NFL Week 11 game at Acrisure Stadium.<\/p>\n Ramsey was ejected for throwing a punch at Chase<\/a>, and the Bengals earned a first down with Ramsey’s penalty.<\/p>\n “And the trainers even trying to get in there (to separate them),” CBS analyst Trent Green said during the broadcast.<\/p>\n “Chase didn’t retaliate,” play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan said.<\/p>\n Chuck Clark replaced Ramsey for the Steelers, after Ramsey was ejected.<\/p>\n Chase and Ramsey both earned unsportsmanlike-conduct penalties after the previous play.<\/p>\n Former Bengals star receiver A.J. Green\u00a0was ejected<\/a>\u00a0after a fight with Ramsey, who played at the time for the\u00a0Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a>, during a 2017 loss.<\/p>\n Chase expressed frustration<\/a> after the Bengals’ one-point loss to the Jets in Week 8.<\/p>\n Chase was named<\/a> AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his role in the team’s NFL Week 7 win against Pittsburgh\u00a0at Paycor Stadium. It was Chase’s fifth career AFC Offensive Player of the Week award.<\/p>\n Against the Steelers, Chase\u00a0broke his own team record<\/a>\u00a0for receptions in a game with 16. He finished with 161 receiving yards and a touchdown.<\/p>\n Chase also\u00a0was named<\/a>\u00a0one of two FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week.<\/p>\n During the third quarter against Pittsburgh, Chase\u00a0passed 6,000 career receiving yards<\/a>, in his 69th NFL game.<\/p>\n Chase played in Week 6<\/a> against the Packers despite an illness.<\/p>\n In March,\u00a0Chase signed<\/a>\u00a0a four-year contract extension with Cincinnati worth $161 million. Chase was\u00a0named a Pro Bowler<\/a>\u00a0in 2024 for the fourth time in his four NFL seasons.<\/p>\n In 2024, Chase\u00a0won the receiving triple crown<\/a>\u00a0as the regular-season league leader in receptions, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
