So this messaging helped Goldblum adjust his lifestyle to embrace a meat-free diet.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m happy,\u201d he says. \u201cWe need the world to work for everybody on Earth, and every creature, too.\u201d\n<\/p>\n We love that Goldblum was able to smoothly convert to a vegetarian way of eating. While it might not appeal to everyone, a plant-based diet can help lower cancer risk<\/a>, improve blood sugar<\/a>, support your heart health and more.
