Ryan Seacrest<\/a> has fans drooling over him in a new workout video. The Wheel of Fortune<\/em><\/a> host wore a tight t-shirt to lift weights.<\/p>\n \u201cThe trick is to wear a t-shirt two sizes too small,\u201d he captioned the post on November 23. In the video, Seacrest wore a tight navy blue shirt that sat around his biceps and short gray shorts as he sat down on a weight bench.<\/p>\n The American Idol<\/em><\/a> host lifted huge dumbbells to his chest and breathed out heavily. A trainer in the background counted him to 10.<\/p>\n They moved the camera around him and said \u201cPerfect\u201d once he got to 10. At the end of the video, the camera zoomed in on his biceps, which had veins running through them.<\/p>\n He appeared to be in a private workout space; he, his trainer, and one other person were the only ones there. Instrumental music played in the background.<\/p>\n Fans reacted to the host\u2019s muscles in the comments. \u201cOkay, jacked!\u201d his On Air<\/em> cohost, Tanya Rad, commented.<\/p>\n \u201cBro is shredded,\u201d a follower wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cI always wear my shirts two sizes small, too, but I don\u2019t look like that!\u201d another joked.<\/p>\n \u201cBravo, Ryan!\u201d a fan said.<\/p>\n \u201cGUNS!!!\u201d another commented.<\/p>\n \u201cDayuuuuuum<\/p>\n ,\u201d a fan wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cGuns a blazin\u2019,\u201d a follower said.<\/p>\n \u201cWow! Look at that definition,\u201d one last fan said.<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t the first time Seacrest showed off his workouts on social media. In October, he wore ankle weights to the gym<\/a>, writing, \u201cJoint statement from my ankles: we quit,\u201d on Instagram.
