Nvidia shares rose around 1%.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"LiveBlogArticle-QuoteInBody-10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/BTC.CM=\/\">Bitcoin<\/a><span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\" \/><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span>, the flagship cryptocurrency, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/12\/01\/bitcoin-ethereum-fall-sharply-as-crypto-sell-off-resumes-.html\">dropped<\/a> more than 5% to trade below $87,000. The digital currency late last month fell below $90,000 for the first time since April and has since struggled to stay above that mark. <\/p>\n<p>Wall Street is coming off a strong week. The Dow and S&amp;P 500 jumped more than 3%, while the Nasdaq rallied close to 5%.<\/p>\n<p>But the market turned turbulent and was anything but smooth sailing in November. The S&amp;P 500 and Dow closed modestly above flat for the month, while the Nasdaq shed 1.5% to snap a seven-month advance. At one point in November, the tech-heavy Nasdaq was down nearly 8% from the October close amid concerns around AI stock valuations.<\/p>\n<p>To be sure, seasonality is on Wall Street&#8217;s side as December trading begins. The S&amp;P 500 averages an advance of more than 1% in December, making it the third-best month of the year for the benchmark in records going back to 1950, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/11\/28\/stock-market-next-week-outlook-for-december-1-5-2025.html\">Stock Trader&#8217;s Almanac<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Stocks are going through a period of digestion,&#8221; said Robert Schein, chief investment officer at Blanke Schein Wealth\u00a0Management. &#8220;But we think\u00a0the backdrop for stocks remains strong right now, especially given the high likelihood\u00a0that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates again next week.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/11\/30\/stock-market-today-live-updates.html\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Trader works on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New York on November 21, 2025.
