Moodboarding and creating a visual collage of inspiration is an easy way for some people to zero in on their goals \u2014 but it isn\u2019t for everyone.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
Internet comedian and personality Druski shares with PEOPLE that he\u2019s left mood boards in the past, and won’t be revisiting the idea in the new year.\n<\/p>\n
\u201cI don’t do that. I let that go a long time ago,” he says. “I used to do that back in the day. Those don’t work. It’s just a bunch of pictures. I don’t do good with those.”\n<\/p>\n
Instead, the 31-year-old comedian says he likes to do things the old-fashioned way.\n<\/p>\n
“I like to write down, on just a regular piece of paper,” he says.\n<\/p>\n <\/span> Druksi is currently working on a series of commercials with Zoe Salda\u00f1a, who, from his suggestion, is reconsidering her mood board strategy.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI think I’m gonna take his advice because I always put so much weight on wanting to do it as a mood board,” the Avatar <\/em>actress tells PEOPLE.\u00a0“I spend all my time, all my energy, just getting all the items for it, that I don’t have enough energy to put it together.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cThrow out the mood boards,\u201d Druski chimes in.\n<\/p>\n While you won’t find Druski’s 2026 plans beautifully laid out with pictures on a vision board, he says his goal is to keep \u201cexpanding in everything” next year.\n<\/p>\n \u201cMovies, TV, just everything that we’re working on this year. I hope it transpires just as much in the upcoming year,” he says.\n<\/p>\n Despite not moodboarding, the comedian had a big 2025. He was featured on Justin Bieber\u2019s Grammy-nominated album SWAG<\/em>, was ranked on Forbes<\/em>‘ Top Creators list and starred in various commercials, including a Dunkin\u2019 Donuts Super Bowl ad.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n <\/span> Salda\u00f1a also had a big year in 2025, winning her first Oscar and starring in Elio <\/em>and Avatar: Fire and Ash. <\/em>As for 2026, she says she\u2019s looking forward to \u201ca good night’s sleep” and “a good read.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI want to be a better manager of my time because life’s just so fleeting, and I love what I do. I love it so much, and I give 120%.
