(KFSN) — <\/span>Many families across the Central Valley are preparing to celebrate Three Kings Day, also known as D\u00eda de los Reyes.<\/p>\n The Catholic tradition honors the day the Three Kings found the newborn Jesus.<\/p>\n The celebration isn’t complete without a warm, delicious Rosca de Reyes. The oval-shaped sweet bread is a staple in the festivities.<\/p>\n BakeryCafe Oaxaca in Clovis is preparing fresh orders for local celebrations.<\/p>\n ”It means so much more, they are coming out here and getting the rosca from us, we are seeing customers, they do enjoy it,” says manager Rosi Garcia.<\/p>\n The bakery is open every day and uses fresh, high-quality ingredients.<\/p>\n Inside each “Rosca” there is a small baby Jesus figurine hidden within the dough.
