For instance, in late December, Citi bumped the bank\u2019s share price target to $310 from $290. On January 5th, Wells Fargo increased the share price target to $280 from $265 and kept an Overweight rating. It pointed out that Capital One Financial Corp (NYSE:COF) could benefit from developments in the consumer finance sector.
