Buy Marshall Tickets<\/a><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n HUNTINGTON, W.Va. \u2013<\/span><\/b> Marshall Athletics has announced game-time changes for its three home contests this weekend in anticipation of winter storm projections for the Tri-State area.<\/span><\/p>\n Both Marshall Men’s Basketball home games for this week at Cam Henderson Center will see a time switch.<\/span><\/p>\n At the Sun Belt Conference’s request to accommodate future game-time changes for the weekend, Thursday’s matchup with ULM will now tip off at Noon at Cam Henderson Center. (NOTE: This is a change from a previously-announced time of 5 p.m.<\/strong>)<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n “Obviously, this winter storm is a very serious situation and some of these circumstances are outside of our control,” said Gerald Harrison, Marshall Vice President and Director of Athletics. “After discussions regarding the safety of fans and the teams participating this weekend, the Sun Belt Conference has worked with member schools to devise a schedule that continues competition while mitigating travel issues for all parties. We hate that these circumstances impact our wonderful Herd fans, but thank fans for their understanding as the storm approaches. We look forward to seeing as many members of Herd Nation here for our weekend games as possible to continue giving us the greatest home-court advantage in the Sun Belt.”<\/span><\/p>\n Saturday’s contest against South Alabama will still be played at Noon on Saturday, as of now.<\/span><\/p>\n Also, Marshall’s Swim Meet on Saturday against Toledo has shifted from 11 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Frederick A. Fitch Natatorium.<\/span><\/p>\n Marshall Women’s Basketball also saw its contests for this week moved.
