\n Following the likes of Chappell Roan<\/a>, Orville Peck and Abby Wambach, DJ and record producer John Summit<\/a> is threatening to leave Wasserman<\/a> Media Group.<\/p>\n \n After founder and CEO Casey Wasserman<\/a>\u2018s association with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell<\/a> came to light in the Department of Justice\u2019s recent release of files, Summit has called on the marketing and talent agency boss to resign.<\/p>\n \n \u201cIf Casey Wasserman doesn\u2019t step down, I will not remain with the agency,\u201d he wrote on X<\/a>. \u201cHis actions do not reflect the integrity of the agents I work with, and if change does not happen, we will take our talents elsewhere.\u201d<\/p>\n \n Summit explained in another post<\/a>, \u201cThis is a whole team decision that I was not gonna do an impulse tweet about. Also have zero plans on leaving my agents who aren\u2019t involved in this so it\u2019s been an ongoing process how to deal with this.\u201d<\/p>\n \n Earlier this month, Wasserman said in a statement that he\u2019s \u201cterribly sorry<\/a>\u201d for associating with Maxwell back in 2002, years before she was arrested in 2020 and charged with assisting Epstein with his sexual abuse of minors.<\/p>\n
