It\u2019s sobering.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dane has thrown himself into advocacy work, joining the<a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/collections\/time100-health-2026\/7362636\/eric-dane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> board of directors<\/a> at Target ALS, which funds research aimed at finding treatments and a cure.
