Dan Bongino,<\/strong> the recently retired deputy director of the FBI, got into a nasty online spat this week with Buckley Carlson<\/strong>, the brother of highly controversial internet show host Tucker Carlson.<\/strong><\/p>\n The exchange kicked off after Buckley Carlson shared a post from avowed<\/a> white supremacist and anti-Semite Stew Peters<\/strong> slamming Bongino\u2019s latest criticism of Candace Owens<\/strong>. Bongino went scorched earth on Owens over her latest attacks on Erika Kirk,<\/strong> calling her \u201cevil\u201d and a \u201ccancer\u201d that must be excised from the right.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s trying to get Candace Owens killed. He\u2019s still on the payroll, just reassigned\u2014sent back into the \u201cpodcast\u201d world to activate a killer,\u201d Peters wrote in the post shared by Carlson, who added<\/a>:<\/p>\n Dan Bongino, simian monster. A douchey meat-stick with the fastest departing audience in media history, the remnants of which hang around only to witness further the disconnect between your claims and reality. Obviously.\u201d<\/p>\n Buckley Carlson has grabbed headlines in recent months for some of his political takes, including comparing<\/a> the U.S. to North Korea \u2014 arguing that the U.S. government lies to the public on the same scale.<\/p>\n Bongino has returned to his podcast since leaving the FBI and has made clear his desire<\/a> to fight back against the rising so-called \u201cblack pillers\u201d like Candace Owens and Nick Fuentes<\/strong> \u2013 who are known for their hateful rhetoric and spinning conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n
