\n Somebody else is now feeding Phil. \u201cEverybody Loves Raymond\u201d creator-turned-ultimate-foodie Phil Rosenthal<\/a> is on the move, signing a new deal with Banijay<\/a> Americas that will see his \u201cSomebody Feed Phil<\/a>\u201d franchise shifting platforms. Under the new deal, \u201cSomebody Feed Phil\u201d will move to YouTube starting next year. <\/p>\n \n The deal with Banijay launches in 2027 with Rosenthal\u2019s Lucky Bastards production banner. As part of the pact, new episodes will appear on a \u201cPhil Rosenthal World\u201d YouTube channel, featuring \u201cshort- and long-form original content.\u201d<\/p>\n \n The deal is also with Banijay Entertainment\u2019s Banijay Rights global distribution arm, which promises to expand the Rosenthal brand across digital platforms including YouTube.<\/p>\n \n \u00a0\u201cPhil Rosenthal is one of the rare creators who consistently stays ahead of where the industry is going,\u201d said Ben Samek, CEO Banijay Americas, in a statement. \u201cPartnering with a filmmaker and storyteller of his caliber is incredibly exciting for us. Rosenthal first hosted the series \u201cI\u2019ll Have What Phil\u2019s Having<\/a>\u201d on PBS in 2015. But when the public broadcaster couldn\u2019t fund a second season, Netflix swooped in and gave him a new home. The retitled \u201cSomebody Feed Phil\u201d ran for eight seasons on Netflix, from 2018 to 2025.<\/p>\n \n The eight seasons of \u201cSomebody Feed Phil\u201d already on Netflix will continue there. His most recent season<\/a>, which premiered last June, visited Amsterdam, Tbilisi, Manila, Boston and other locations.<\/p>\n \n Rosenthal recently made headlines as part of CBS\u2019 ratings hit \u201cEverybody Loves Raymond\u201d reunion special<\/a>, which he hosted with series star Ray Romano.
