According to an alert sent to students and staff, there are reports of an individual with a possible firearm in the woods along Commonwealth Avenue. The alert from CCRI says the Warwick Police Department and the Warwick Fire Department are on scene.<\/p>\n
The school says the lockdown was placed as a precautionary measure.<\/p>\n
Classes at the campus are suspended until the lockdown is lifted, the schools said.<\/p>\n
