VIP Soundcheck tickets can enter through the North Gate, and premium ticketholders and ADA can enter through the West Gate.<\/p>\n<p>The post also attached QR codes for further instructions on how to locate the gates.<\/p>\n<p>UTEP officials also reminded fans to download tickets to avoid connectivity issues. The first concert experienced technology issues, according to the post.<\/p>\n<p>Doors were scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m. for the first night of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpasotimes.com\/story\/entertainment\/music\/2026\/04\/28\/bts-concert-guide-for-el-paso-sun-bowl-stadium-where-to-buy-merch-hang-out-rules\/89677261007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a pair of BTS concerts<\/a>\u00a0at Sun Bowl Stadium on Saturday and Sunday, May 2-3.<\/p>\n<p>At about 8 p.m. \u2014 the time that BTS was supposed to hit the stage \u2014 long lines of fans appeared to be weaving through the UTEP campus, according to several social media posts.
