Reese Witherspoon’s<\/a> son is entering his teenage years \u2014 what, like it’s hard?\n<\/p>\n The actress, 49, shared a series of photos of her son Tennessee on her Instagram<\/a> on Friday, Sept. 26 in honor of his 13th birthday. In one photo, the newly minted teenager could be seen sporting bleached hair while at a meal with his mom.\n<\/p>\n Other photos show Witherspoon and her son on vacation, posing on a boat and later in Italy. “How is possible that my youngest boy is 13?!” Witherspoon asked in her caption.\n<\/p>\n “He never ceases to amaze me with his joyfulmess [sic], his brilliant sense of humor and his endless curiosity. She is also mom to son Deacon, 21, and daughter Ava, 26, with ex-husband\u00a0Ryan Phillippe<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n Witherspoon recently shared that she’s had to adjust her parenting with her youngest child after her older two made her “exhausted.”\n<\/p>\n In a Sept. 20 episode of\u00a0The Interview<\/em><\/a>, the actress and producer said that after parenting for more than 25 years, she is a little worn out<\/a>. After the topic of motherhood arose during the podcast episode, titled \u201cHow Reese Witherspoon Figured Out Who She Really Is,\u201d host Lulu Garcia-Navarro asked if she is \u201cdifferent as a parent this time around.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cOh, for sure. I’m exhausted,\u201d the mom of three said. \u201cI’m completely wrung-out and tired.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cWhenever I lose my cool,\u201d she said, \u201cI turn to my youngest and I go, \u2018You got to call your brother and sister. They wore me out.’ I’m so tired. Like, eat the cookie. Go to bed late. Just do it, you know, but like, think about how it’s going to make you feel.\u201d\n<\/p>\n “And then like beyond that, I’m so tired,\u201d she added. \u201cI’ve been parenting for 25 years.\u201d\n<\/p>\n This past May, Witherspoon shared that her younger son has a unique name for her \u2014 and she doesn’t know why.\n<\/p>\n In a video shared on\u00a0TikTok<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Instagram<\/a>, the actress listed the names by which different people know her, following a popular social media trend.\n<\/p>\n Some of the names included were “R Dubs,” which her friends know her as, and “Ladybug,” which\u00a0her mother<\/a>\u00a0calls her.
