\n Production is underway in Los Angeles on Season 4 of Netflix\u2019s Emmy-winning Monster<\/a> <\/em>anthology series from Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, the streamer announced Thursday. <\/p>\n

\n The fourth installment follows the series\u2019 first female \u201cmonster,\u201d Lizzie Borden, played by Ella Beatty<\/a> <\/strong>(Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, If I Had Legs I\u2019d Kick You<\/em>). The start of production news was paired with an editorial handover photo featuring Beatty and Charlie Hunnam<\/a>, who stars as serial killer Ed Gein in Season 3, which broke into Netflix\u2019s Top 10 <\/a>with 12.2 million views globally in its first three days of its Oct. 3 launch, and reached #1 in 11 countries. \n The Lizzie Borden-focused Season 4 also stars Hunnam, who returns as Andrew Borden, Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread, Corsage<\/em>) as Bridget Sullivan, Rebecca Hall (Christine, Passing<\/em>) as Abby Borden, Billie Lourd (American Horror Story, The Last Showgirl<\/em>)\u00a0 as Emma Borden and Jessica Barden (The End of the F***ing World, Dune: Prophecy<\/em>) as Nance O\u2019Neill.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n The second installment Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story<\/em>, premiered in September 2024 and received 11 Emmy Nominations and 1 win.\u00a0<\/p>\n
