{"id":6174,"date":"2025-10-14T12:16:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T12:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jubi24.com\/?p=6174"},"modified":"2025-10-14T12:17:00","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T12:17:00","slug":"howard-stern-reveals-if-oprah-winfrey-is-still-his-enemy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jubi24.com\/?p=6174","title":{"rendered":"Howard Stern reveals if Oprah Winfrey is still his &#8216;enemy&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Howard Stern is setting the record straight about his rumored feud with Oprah Winfrey.<\/p>\n<p>The shock jock opened up about his relationship with Winfrey, 71, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jfpV3dtuf_Q&amp;embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Few.com%2F&amp;source_ve_path=MjM4NTE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">during a recent chat<\/a> on Andy Cohen\u2019s SiriusXM show \u201cAndy Cohen Live.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think about who are Howard Stern\u2019s kind of enemies at this point, or punching bags,\u201d Cohen, 57, began on the Thursday, Oct. 9 episode of his program.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Howard Stern addressed his rumored feud with Oprah on \u201cAndy Cohen Live.\u201d<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cAnd I get the sense that you\u2019ve either publicly or privately kind of mended fences with them,\u201d he continued, \u201cbut it seems like Oprah might be the only kind of Howard Stern foe or enemy that you still have?\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>But Stern clarified that that was not the case, and insisted that he \u201cloves\u201d and respects the former \u201cOprah Winfrey Show\u201d host.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, I love Oprah,\u201d Stern, 71, replied. \u201cI follow Oprah. And I think at one point she suggested, \u2018Oh, we should get together with Oprah.\u2019 I said, \u2018You better check with Oprah. You better. Don\u2019t surprise her with me.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stern and Winfrey\u2019s rumored feud dates back to at least 2004, when the controversial radio host <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2004\/05\/05\/sterns-oprah-offensive-hits-fcc-hundreds-complain-of-raunch\/\">called on the FCC to investigate \u201cThe Oprah Winfrey Show\u201d<\/a> over potentially indecent content on the program.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Oprah Winfrey attends the Christian Siriano Spring\/Summer 2026 runway show at Macy\u2019s Herald Square in New York City on Sept. 12, 2025. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Christian Siriano<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nearly 20 years later, Stern criticized the billionaire once again, this time over Winfrey\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/11\/28\/howard-stern-accuses-oprah-of-showing-off-lavish-lifestyle\/\">habit of \u201cshowing off\u201d her lavish<\/a> lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Despite those issues, the SiriusXM star admitted that he\u2019s \u201cfascinated by Oprah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like sometimes how Oprah is so unaware,\u201d he explained during Cohen\u2019s show. \u201cMaybe she is aware, but I suspect, I\u2019m an Oprah follower, but sometimes she\u2019s unaware of the sort of way she shows her wealth.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Howard Stern during \u201cThe Daily Show with Jon Stewart\u201d in New York City on Dec. 13, 2005. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI couldn\u2019t do that. I\u2019m not saying that she\u2019s wrong. We all know she\u2019s wealthy,\u201d he continued. \u201cBut I think in the world right now, there is such a disparity between those who have and those who have not. And it\u2019s only getting worse.
