No rational human can imagine what they would see in prison,\u201d Ahmed Awad, who was serving three life sentences for murder, told CNN after being released in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank. \u201cYou can\u2019t imagine the way they deal with prisoners. They humiliated us and beat us daily without any reason.\u201d\n                <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmgqe2uj2000b3b6o4hj5cw8k@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cThere was no treatment, we couldn\u2019t even take painkillers,\u201d another released<strong> <\/strong>prisoner, 45-year-old Faisal Mahmood Abdullah Al Khaleefi, told CNN in Ramallah.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmgqgent0000l3b6ovda928lw@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Al Khaleefi had been convicted of security, weapons and other offenses and was in prison for 10 years. \u201cAs for doctors, the one who was treating us also beat us. The Israel Prison Service said in response that it was not aware of the claims described, and told CNN that \u201cto the best of our knowledge, no such incidents occurred under IPS responsibility.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmgqfwxrc000j3b6oatqrddcy@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Human rights groups have often alleged abuse of Palestinian inmates at Israeli jails.
