Brooks Nader<\/a> and Billy Haire<\/a> were together for nearly a decade before going their separate ways.\n<\/p>\n The couple met in 2015 in New York City. Nader was only 19 at the time, while Haire was 11 years her senior. They went on to get married in 2019<\/a> and announced their divorce<\/a> in May 2024.\n<\/p>\n “It\u2019s a part of my story. It\u2019s a part of what shaped me,” Nader said of their marriage on The Viall Files<\/em><\/a> in August 2025. “It was a really, really hard decision to get a divorce just because you don\u2019t love somebody. That\u2019s why I did it.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Haire is now dating Southern Charm<\/em> star Naomie Olindo<\/a>. A decade later, he earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, per LinkedIn<\/a>.<\/p>\n He’s now the senior vice president of digital sales and partnerships for Minute Media \u2014 a global technology and content company specializing in sports and culture.\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/span> Haire and Nader started dating in 2015 \u2014 but their first date at BondSt in New York City was quite the disaster. The sales professional showed up 20 minutes late, and Nader was sick with a stomach bug.<\/p>\n \u201cI ate my first bite of sushi, and I sprinted to the bathroom, and I was projectile vomiting everywhere,\u201d she recalled to Sports Illustrated<\/em><\/a> in 2022. \u201cI had a stomach disease that I didn\u2019t know about.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Nader continued, “The waitress went back to the table and said, \u2018Your date\u2019s in the bathroom having a really rough time.’ Then I sprinted out of the date, and he thought that I just didn\u2019t like him. But I did like him. There were many dates after that \u2014 he was totally hooked.”\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/span> The pair exchanged vows on Dec. 14, 2019, at\u00a0St. Mary’s Church in New Orleans in front of more than 300 guests. Nader walked down the aisle in a Pronovias Oberon gown, while Haire donned a Tom Ford tuxedo, according to Brides<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m mostly excited to call him hubby!\u201d the Sports Illustrated<\/em> model told PEOPLE ahead of the wedding. \u201cWe are also excited to just continue our adventures together.
