The clock is ticking down.<\/p>\n

The NFL’s trade deadline<\/a> arrives at 4 p.m. on Nov. 4. That gives the Browns<\/a> a little under 36 hours to work the phones and see who they could potentially add, or subject, from the roster.<\/p>\n

Much of the focus has been on the possible players the Browns could jettison<\/a>. That’s because of their 2-6 start<\/a> to the season.<\/p>\n

However, there’s been speculation that Cleveland may actually be looking to add players. It did do that with the trade of cornerback Greg Newsome II to the Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> on Oct. 8, where the Browns<\/a> received cornerback Tyson Campbell.<\/p>\n

Bengals trade Logan Wilson to Cowboys<\/h2>\n

It’s not the Browns, but the AFC North foe Bengals are making a move. They’ve traded veteran linebacker Logan Wilson<\/a> to the Dallas Cowboys for a seventh-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft.<\/p>\n

Browns reportedly looking to buy, not sell, at trade deadline<\/h2>\n

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Nov. 2 that the Browns are much more “likely to be buyers than sellers” when it comes to the trade deadline. That’s despite their 2-6 record.<\/p>\n

Browns have no chance to trade All-Pro DE Myles Garrett<\/h2>\n

The early portion of the Browns’ Week 9 bye was spent with speculation swirling around All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett, who was visibly frustrated at the end of the Browns’ Week 8 loss at the New England Patriots. Garrett, one may recall, had a public trade demand in February and March. However, it ended with a new four-year contract extension that includes a no-trade clause. The Browns, though, didn’t need that clause to make it clear they have no interest in trading away their superstar defender.<\/p>\n
