Brittany Snow is recounting life as a teen actress — and how she often frequented teen nightclubs with other young actors like Hilary Duff.
In the Wed., Nov. 19 episode of the Las Culturistas podcast, Snow, 39, spoke about how she mixed and mingled with fellow teen stars at nightclubs when she was starring in the NBC drama American Dreams.
“I made it to Hollywood. You know, American Dreams is happening. I’m 15 when I do the pilot. And then it gets really dark because there’s teen clubs in LA,” Snow said.

She continued: “There was a teen club, behind a door, there was an A-list portion of the club. It was at Hollywood And Highland. And basically, if you were on, like, a CW show, but at the time it was WB, or if you were on any sort of like show like Lizzie McGuire or something like that, we were all back there in this room… together. Just drinking soda.”
When co-host Bowen Yang asked, “Quote-unquote soda?” Snow replied, “Definitely soda. We were 15, 16 years old.”
“You got to the head of the teen club line if you were on a show, which was already so bizarre, but somehow we just knew that we go to the front of the line,” she added.
When the hosts then asked if she went to the nightclubs with Duff, Snow replied affirmatively, adding, “Lindsay, Evan Rachel Wood…all the kids that were ever on Seventh Heaven.”

Jessica Biel, however, “was never there,” she said.
“It was just David,” Snow said of Seventh Heaven actor David Gallagher, who played Simon on the show.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Snow said she remembered little from her time at the teen nightclubs, saying, “I just remember being so excited to go back in this room … I don’t even know if I drank soda. I think I was just looking around like, ‘I, too, could one day be on the WB.’ You know?”
“That was the pinnacle for me,” she added with a laugh.
Snow also said that, prior to booking American Dreams, her goal was to act in a show filmed near her Tampa hometown.
“That was what I aspired to be — that’s all I wanted, was to be on the Mickey Mouse Club. I would practice,” she said. “I would tell my mom what I was gonna do in my audition. And, yeah, I was too young.”
