Rumors have circulated for years that Scott and Tyla were together. In November of 2023, the two were spotted dancing together at the GQ Men of the Year party in Los Angeles, soon after they’d collaborated on the “Water (Remix).”
A few months later, Tyla shut down the rumors about their romance in an interview with us, saying, “I was at the GQ event, and Travis was one of the Men of The Year so we were celebrating. They played the remix, and we were vibing. He’s such a cool person. I didn’t know what to expect before I met him, I was kind of nervous. He’s so chill, so funny, so cool.”
Scott and Tyla recently collaborated on the track “PBT” with Vybz Kartel. In the video for the track, Tyla and La Flame meet at a hotel and have a great time together, almost as if they were on a date. With the news about them dating, one line from the track sticks out like a sore thumb.
“Well, it’s that pretty brown round thing/ You should be mine, you should get a ring,” Scott sings.
