Paul Rudd reacts to being told he has a ‘huge penis’ in interview

Paul Rudd just had a seriously intimate interview.

Marvel’s Ant-Man was told he had a “huge penis” in his appearance on Take Your Shoes Off w/Rick Glassman, on which the host made it clear that he was impressed with Rudd’s anatomy.

“I didn’t realize that you even saw my penis,” Rudd responded calmly.

Given the actors’ previous antics on the podcast, however, there’s a big question mark over how sincere Glassman’s new comments are.

In the most recent episode, Not Dead Yet actor Glassman and Rudd were discussing a moment from their last meeting, which went viral in July. A clip showed Arrested Development alum Michael Cera posing as an assistant, bringing the actor hot coffee and accidentally spilling it on Rudd’s face.

As Cera and Glassman helped him up, Rudd’s undercarriage was blurred out, as his pants had been taken off after he supposedly pooped in them.

Rudd then pretended to be in severe pain as paramedics hauled him away, presumably to a hospital. (There’s even a Snopes page dedicated to the incident, assuring people that Rudd wasn’t actually harmed.)

He returned to the show looking rough, with injuries all over his face and seemingly confused. When Glassman asked him if the burns were third-degree or second-degree, Rudd feigned being unable to recall what doctors had told him.

“I think it’s… I don’t know,” Rudd began. “I think they… They told me. But I think it’s, it’s fine.”

In their new conversation, Glassman told Rudd his penis was “soft” to miss.”

“It was hard to miss,” Glassman explained, “even when it’s soft.”

Rudd thanked him.

But, Glassman asked, does Rudd think that other people even know about his size?

Rudd said he’d never gone naked in a movie.

After being asked why, the Clueless star said he’s a “fairly private person.” He added, “I don’t want to be just wagging my d— all over the place.”

But Glassman wasn’t finished with the subject, and he wanted to know when Rudd realized he was well-endowed. Answer: probably junior high, but he was “more embarrassed” than anything. It also made him “very self-conscious” when showering after gym class.

Rudd’s latest project, the comedy Anaconda, which costars Jack Black, is now in theaters. He reprises his Ant-Man role in Avengers: Doomsday, releasing Dec. 18.
