The win marked the Seahawks’ second Super Bowl title in franchise history, adding to their first championship from the 2014 season.
It capped a remarkable year in which Seattle finished 14-3 and established itself as one of the NFL’s most consistent teams heading into the playoffs.
Offensively, Seattle also leaned on playmakers such as veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp and running back Kenneth Walker III to control the tempo and capitalize on scoring opportunities.
It’s the second Super Bowl title in franchise history, capping a remarkable 14-3 season and a championship run Seahawks fans won’t forget.

FIRST HALF ANALYSIS FROM KOMO SPORTS DIRECTOR NIKO TAMURIAN:
Save for a few anomalies, the first half of this game is exactly how many thought Super Bowl 60 would play out.
Staunch defense, but Seattle having a little more juice.
While there’s no touchdowns yet, the Seahawks have moved the ball more consistently thanks to great runs from Kenneth Walker III with 94 rush yards in the first half alone which would put him on pace for a season high.
Sam Darnold does not appear to be at his absolute best, 8-22 passing so far for just 81 yards but the Hawks run game did enough to get Jason Myers in position to make all three of his field goal attempts for a 9-0 lead.
The Seahawks defense has been relentless with three sacks and not even allowing New England to seriously threaten for points so far in this game.
Derick Hall, Devon Witherspoon and Rylie Mills (his first ever) have recorded the Seahawks sacks.
So Seattle has the two-possession lead at 9-0, New England starts the second half with the ball. They’ll look to get anything going while the Hawks hope to continue to exploit the ground game and get Sam Darnold rolling after he barely missed Jaxon Smith-Njigba for a potential touchdown in the waning seconds of the first half.
