The only detail that cannot be updated in future tags is your pet’s name — but you’ll be able to request new MiauCraft shapes, styles, fonts, colors, graphic art, and access future collections.Under the MiauCraft Paw-Ever Members Protection Plans you may request one new tag per year starting from the date you receive your first tag and activate it using the unique code attached. Only the shipping cost is on you (Aprox $3-$4) — your brand-new tag will be crafted and delivered to your mailbox in as little as 4 business days.Tags not claimed under the MiauCraft Paw-Ever Members Protection Plan within a given year do not roll over. For example, if you don’t request a new tag in 2026, it does not mean you are entitled to two tags in 2027. We recommend ordering one each year — even just for fun — so your furry friend can have a variety of tags to wear!The MiauCraft lifetime promise (Changes at no cost for damage or defect within 1st year) is included with your first tag is automatically activated when you activate your MiauCraft Paw-Ever Protection Plan. To be effective, the MiauCraft lifetime promise must be activated within first 60 days by customer using the unique code included with your order — the activation process takes just 2 minutes. If the MiauCraft lifetime promise is not activated within 60 days, it will be limited to a 90-day coverage period. This policy helps prevent counterfeiting of MiauCraft tags.Please note that the original pet's name, design, or engraved information (front and back) cannot be changed if the MiauCraft lifetime promise is claimed since your furry is unique.
