The Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers will meet for Game 4 of their Eastern Conference series. Detroit leads 2-1, but the Cavs have a chance to tie it tonight. After that, the Oklahoma City Thunder will attempt to sweep the Los Angeles Lakers in their second-round, Western Conference series.
