Recently, Cameron attended the premiere of the film ‘Looking through Water’ in New York, where he starred alongside his father Michael, as well as David Morse and Walker Scobell.
At the event, Cameron looked very stylish in a dark green suit, a black t-shirt, and a gold chain.
This event took place nine years after his release from prison.
Recall that he was arrested in 2009 for attempting to distribute drugs, and nearly half a pound of methamphetamine was found in his hotel in New York.
In April 2010, he was sentenced to five years in prison. In 2011, he pleaded guilty to drug smuggling into prison.
Cameron was released in August 2016 and transferred to a halfway house.
“My family never left me, not for a second,” he noted in comments.
Family ties and career
Cameron is the only child from Michael’s first marriage to Diandra Luker. Later, Michael married actress Katherine Zeta-Jones in 2000.
Cameron also noted: “She never gives up and never left me.”
From his marriage to Katherine, Cameron has two younger half-siblings: Dylan and Carys.
Debuting in film in 1997 in the action-comedy ‘Mr. Nice Guy’ with Jackie Chan, Cameron later starred in films ‘Loaded’, ‘It Runs in the Family’ and ‘National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve’.
